“We had a great experience at this hotel. Michelle helped us with a lovely room for 2 nights. Super clean and comfy, central for our needs. Bed was comfy, big TV and we had everything we needed for our stay. We booked this last minute to get out of where we had booked as it was a nightmare and cannot thank the Ashwood enough.”
“We were booked as part of a group, however we were staying 4 nights, and everybody else 2. They placed us in an end unit which minimised the noise and I thought was very thoughtful by the booking staff. Most units have free parking directly in front of the units. There was ample tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided for both of us. The servicing staff were very helpful. My only minor criticisms are that the tiled floors left the soles of our feet black (floors not washed enough) and that the conditioner was low in the shower and had not been topped up prior to us taking the room (which is easily fixed).”
